Indication conditions
No bicycle speed signal was detected from the speed sensor.
Operational restrictions being displayed
The maximum speed up to which assist is provided will be lower than normal.
Solution
Have your place of purchase perform the following:
Install the speed sensor in the appropriate location.
Install the magnet in the appropriate location.
(Refer to the disc brake section in “General operations” or to the your e-bike series dealer's manual for how to install the removed magnet.)
If the error persists, or if the information above does not apply, contact your distributor for assistance.
